Terms and Conditions for Gables Bark & Learn

Welcome to Gables Bark & Learn! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services and our online platform. By accessing this website and engaging in our services (including but not limited to puppy socialization, obedience training, behavior modification, workshops, and in-home training), you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use our services or website if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Definitions

• "We," "Us," "Our," or "The Company" refers to Gables Bark & Learn, located at 3870 Southwest 8th Street, Suite 305, Miami, Florida, 33134, United States.
• "Services" refers to the range of pet services offered by Gables Bark & Learn, including Puppy Socialization Classes, Obedience Training (Basic to Advanced), Behavior Modification Consultations, Agility and Enrichment Workshops, In-Home Training Sessions, and Dog Walking & Pet Sitting referrals.
• "Client," "You," or "Your" refers to the individual or entity engaging with our services or using our online platform.
• "Website" or "Online Platform" refers to our digital presence used to provide information about our services and facilitate client interaction.

2. Service Enrollment and Payment

Enrollment in any of our services requires prior agreement to these terms. All class and consultation fees are due in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise arranged and agreed upon in writing by Gables Bark & Learn. Prices for services are subject to change without prior notice, although any changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.

3. Cancellations, Refunds, and Rescheduling

• Classes & Workshops: Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the start date of a class or workshop may be eligible for a full refund minus an administrative fee. Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date are non-refundable. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur a fee.
• Consultations & In-Home Sessions: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session to avoid forfeiture of the session fee. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged the full session fee.
• Referrals: Gables Bark & Learn may provide referrals for dog walking and pet sitting services. While we aim to connect clients with reputable providers, we are not responsible for the services provided by third-party companies or individuals. Clients must negotiate terms directly with referral services.
• Company Initiated Cancellations: In rare circumstances, Gables Bark & Learn may need to cancel or reschedule a class or session due to unforeseen events. In such cases, clients will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

4. Client Responsibilities and Conduct

• Health & Vaccination: All dogs participating in our services must be current on all required vaccinations as determined by a licensed veterinarian. Clients must inform us of any known health issues or behavioral concerns their dog may have prior to enrollment.
• Safety: For the safety of all participants (human and animal), clients must follow all instructions provided by Gables Bark & Learn instructors and staff. Aggressive or disruptive behavior from any dog or handler may result in dismissal from the program without refund.
• Leash Policy: All dogs must be on a leash and under control at all times unless otherwise specifically instructed by a Gables Bark & Learn trainer in a designated, secure area.
• Liability for Damage: Clients are solely responsible for any damage or injury caused by their dog to persons, other animals, or property during and after participation in Gables Bark & Learn services.

5. Limitation of Liability

Gables Bark & Learn and its trainers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons, dogs, or property arising out of or in connection with the use of our services or website, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. While we strive to provide a safe and effective learning environment, dog training involves inherent risks. By enrolling in our services, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and materials provided during our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and training methods, are the property of Gables Bark & Learn and are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our materials is strictly prohibited.

7. Privacy Policy

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
